5 Hard Seltzer Cocktails

Mike’s hard seltzer already makes it easy to enjoy your favourite drink without a shaker, ice or even a glass. But if you fancy mixing it up (literally), and trying something new, here are 5 hard seltzer cocktails perfect for any party...or midweek takeaway.


1. Mrs Robinson

  • ¼ shot Lemon Juice

  • Raspberry Mike’s Hard Seltzer

  • ¼ shot Sugar Syrup

  • 8 Raspberries

  • 1 shot Creme De Framboise

  • 1 ½ shots Bourbon


Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker before adding the other ingredients and ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds then strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass before topping up with raspberry Mike’s Hard Seltzer. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

2. Cherry Fizz

  • 3 shots cherry brandy

  • 1 shot lemon juice

  • Black Cherry Mike’s Hard Seltzer


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in the lemon juice and cherry brandy, shake until chilled. Put two ice cubes in a highball glass and strain the mixture into it. Fill the rest of the way with the Black Cherry Mike’s Hard Seltzer and stir. Garnish with a cherry.

3. Pucker up

  • 1 shot Lime Juice

  • Lime Mike’s Hard Seltzer

  • 1tsp Ginger

  • 1tsp sugar syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitter

  • 2 shots Bourbon


In a mixing glass, muddle the juice of one lime with two slices of ginger, the Angostura and the sugar syrup. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes and add the bourbon. Top up as required with the Lime Mike’s Hard Seltzer and stir before serving.

4. Mojito

  • 1 shot Lime Juice

  • 15 Mint Leaves

  • 2 shots White Rum

  • Lime Mike’s Hard Seltzer

  • 2tsp sugar

In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice to release the oils from the mint leaves. Next add a splash of Lime Mike’s Hard Seltzer and fill up the glass with crushed ice. Add the rum, top up with more Lime Mike’s Hard Seltzer and give it a stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime and serve.



5. Vanilla and Fresh Cherry Bourbon

  • 1tsp Lemon Juice

  • 3tsp Sugar

  • 5 cherries

  • 1 shot Bourbon

  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Syrup

  • Cherry Mike’s Hard Seltzer

In the bottom of a glass, combine the cherries, vanilla extract, bourbon, sugar and lemon juice. Muddle together until cherries are broken and juices are released. Top with ice cubes and a splash of Cherry Mike’s Hard Seltzer and stir. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
